This zoning analysis for two empty lots in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn looks at building massing and occupancy type possible for future development. We also looked at renewable energy and green roof options and state funding opportunities currently available to green the project. Our study included an in-depth look at public access and neighborhood happenings such as event spaces and new types of industry that have moved in over the last several years.
